The Cosmos Hotel Moscow is located in the north-east Moscow on one of the city's major streets - prospect Mira, in green district, just 20 minutes drive to the centre. It is next to the All-Russia Exhibition Centre (V.V.C.), close to Ostankino Telecom Tower, Count Sheremetyev's Palace, the "Olimpijsky" Sports Complex and the "Sokolniki" Exhibition Complex.

The architectural asceticism expressed by the simplicity and harmony of its construction and the combination of glass and steel make the hotel similar to the spaceship striving to the universe. Even the interior of the hotel creates the atmosphere of cosmic freedom, purity and relaxation.

The hotel features 1,777 guest rooms (1,383 Standard Twin rooms, 332 Renovated rooms, 45 De Luxe and Junior Suites, 6 Apartments, 5 Grand Suite).

Each room has a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and fitted out with central air conditioning system, TV (international and Russian satellite channels), direct-dial telephone (with bathroom extension), Internet access, fridge.

The hotel windows let guests enjoy panoramic city views. Quiet rooms with comfortable furniture, cosy halls dispose to either fruitful work or good rest.

Payments. The hotel services and facilities can be paid in Russian roubles by cash or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, American Express (except restaurant Planet Cosmos), Diners Club, MasterCard, Eurocard and JCB. Rates and prices shown in US dollars are evaluated in roubles at the hotel rate.

From 16 June 2005 hotel exchange rate: 1 USD = 29 RUR.

Cheque payments. Sorry, cheques are not acceptable.

Currency exchange. Foreign currency can be exchanged at a currency exchange office, open 24 hours with a technical break from 2.30 a.m. till 5.30 a.m. The ATM placed in the main lobby is also available.

Check-out time - 12.00 (noon).

Safe deposit boxes for your valuables are available at the reception.

Internet access. If you are travelling with a laptop, connect to the Internet right in your guest room (Wi-Fi Technology). You can get internet access, only if your room situated on floor 8-13 or 20-25.

If you haven't got a PC, try high-speed Internet connection (at 64 Kbps) in the Business Centre.

Attention! In Business Centre, lobby, in all conference and banquet halls of our hotel you can use the service of wireless Internet access (technology Wi-Fi).

Messages and Notifications. During your stay at Cosmos all incoming messages will be delivered directly to your room. Facsimile and e-mail messages for your attention are received 24 hours at the Business Centre on fax 615 7991 (for international dialers: +7 (495) 615 7991) and e-mail guest@hotelcosmos.ru.

Electricity. Voltage - 220V.

Air conditioning. All the hotel premises are equipped with air venting and air conditioning systems.

Pets. Sorry, we do not let any pets into the hotel.
