Check-out time - 12 p.m. If you want to stay at the hotel a little longer, please contact the hotel reception and your stay will be prolonged (subject to room availability).

The hotel services and facilities can be paid in Russian roubles by cash or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, American Express (except restaurant Planet Cosmos), Diners Club, MasterCard, Eurocard and JCB. Rates and prices shown in US dollars are evaluated in roubles at the hotel rate.

Sorry, cheques are not acceptable.

All the hotel premises are equipped with air venting and air conditioning systems.

Foreign currency can be exchanged at a currency exchange office, open 24 hours with a technical break from 2.30 a.m. till 5.30 a.m. The ATM placed in the main lobby is also available.

In the drawer of the wardrobe is a brush for shoes.

Safe deposit boxes for your valuables are available at the reception.

If you are travelling with a laptop, connect to the Internet right in your guest room (Wi-Fi). You can get internet access, only if your room situated on floor 8-13 or 20-25. If you haven't got a PC, try our high-speed Internet connection in the Business Centre. Attention! In all conference and banquet halls of our hotel you can use the service of wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). In Business Centre and lobby you can use Wi-Fi for free.

Fire detectors, fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems are set on all floors, in corridors and other public places. We take special measures to ensure the safety of our guests. There is a 24 hour security service in the hotel. Also we would like to ask you to use door chains.

To ensure safety for you personally and other guests, we would like to ask you not to smoke in bed. Do not dispose ashtrays in the waste basket. After you have used electrical appliances, do not forget to turn them off and also please use matches carefully.
