?What is the check-in time?

Check-in is at 14.00 p.m.

?Can I check-in earlier than 14.00 p.m. if I arrive to Moscow in the morning or at night?

Yes, you can. But only if we have free rooms and there are special tariffs for the early check-in:
from 9:00 till 14:00 is a preferential time you can move in without extra payment but only when there are available rooms;
from 00:00 till 9:00 – extra payment is 50% of the room price when there are available rooms.

If you know in advance that you arrive before 14:00, please, notify the Reception on  (+7 495 234-1000) or the Reservation Department (+7 495 234-1206).

?Can I leave my luggage at the hotel in case I fail to check-in before 14.00?

Yes, the hotel offers luggage storage. Please, contact the information desk or call +7 495 234-1000.

?What is check-out time?

Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
In case of  departure delay, the guest will be charged an additional fee for the accommodation.

?If I am late to check-out until 12.00, how much should I pay?

When you leave the hotel after check-out time there are special tariffs:
from 12:00 till 14:00 is a preferential time you can stay in your room without extra payment but only when there are available rooms;
from 14:00 till 24:00 - extra payment is 50% of the room price when there are available rooms.

?Which credit cards are accepted?

You can pay both by cash or by your credit card. The following credit cards are accepted in Cosmos hotel: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, MasterCard Unembossed, EuroCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, CUP, МИР.  For further information, please contact the reception (+7 495 234-1000).

?Is there a safe in the room?

Instead of safes in the rooms, we provide guests with personal safes located at reception. To get more information, please contact the reception +7 495 234-1000.

?Is it possible to exchange currency in the hotel?

Yes. The exchange office is located on the balcony of the main hall. Working hours - 24 hours, to get more information please call +7 495 234 64 48; +7 968 605 40 08

?Are checks accepted?

Unfortunately, according to the rules of the Cosmos hotel, checks are not accepted.

?Is there parking for guests?

There is paid parking on the territory of the Cosmos hotel.
Tariff: 150 RUB per hour, 900 RUB per day.

?Can I stay in the Cosmos hotel with pets?

No. Pets are not allowed under the rules of the Cosmos hotel.

?How does the ventilation in the Cosmos hotel work?

We use a centralized system of ventilation and air conditioning.

?What documents are needed for the check-in?

Accommodation is available on presentation of a Russian passport or International passport.

?Do you register foreign citizens?

Yes. We make a registration for a period of stay in the Cosmos hotel.

?What is a guaranteed accommodation?

In case of unpaid reservation a guaranteed accommodation after 16:00 is available only by prepayment. In case of non-arrival before 16.00 and absence of prepayment the reservation is not guaranteed. Changing of the period of stay can be made without penalty sanctions no later than 12 hours before the guest arrival.

?Can you create an invoice?

The invoice is not issued to individuals and legal entities, making a reservation through  on-line booking system. If you need an invoice, please make a request for reservation on the letterhead of your organization with full banking details, TIN, and the guarantee of payment (with company seal and signed by the administration).
To get an invoices as a representative of the legal entity you should make a written request in advance and send it to the booking department by fax +7 495 234-2463 or e-mail The original invoice will be sent to you by mail within 10 days after the departure date.

?How can I order a transfer?

To order a transfer, please call +7 495 234-1000, or send a request to e-mail 
The application shall contain the following information: full name, exact date and time of arrival at the airport or the train station, number of the flight or train, the name of the airport or the train station. Upon arrival you would expect a driver with a sign-plate with your name. Payment should be made upon arrival (to the driver of the vehicle).

?How is it possible to call the guest’s room from a landline?

Please call the reception +7 495 234-1000 and you'll be put through to the necessary room.

?Can I buy telephone cards and payment cards in the hotel?

Yes. Phone cards for inter-city and international calls can be purchased on the second floor.
You can recharge your mobile phone on the first floor of the hotel. There are payment terminals.

?Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, there is. It is free internet access (Wi-Fi)  throughout all hotel area. Instructions how to get access here 

?How can you book a room in our hotel?

You can make a reservation in several ways:

  1. With the help of Online Booking.
  2. Leaving a request in a reservation department directly through the telephone (495) 234-1206.
  3. Sending a request to the e-mail:
?What advantages does the online booking system have?

With the help of online booking system you can make a reservation in real tie and get the information about free rooms and range of services of the hotel within the set dates. The whole booking process takes not more than 3 minutes. You can pay for your reservation with one of the following methods: cash payment on arrival to the Cosmos hotel, banking card, E-money, non-cash payment. In the end of reservation procedure you get an E-Voucher directly at the web-site. As a payment confirmation, you will receive to your email a receipt from the TravelLine On-line reservation system as required by the Federal Law №54-FL "On use of cash register equipment".

?Is there an opportunity to hold a celebration or a holiday in the hotel?

Cosmos hotel rents its conference-halls and special halls for holding different seminars, trainings, weddings and birthdays. We are glad to hold any of your celebration in our hotel.

?What is the difference between standard and deluxe rooms?

There are more facilities in the deluxe room such as trousers press, expanded set of towels and bathrobes.

?Are there a kettle and an iron in the room?

There are no kettles and irons in the rooms. But there is a special ironing room in the hotel. There you can use an iron and ironing boards.

?Is it possible to accommodate the second guest without a passport?

It is impossible. A hotel rooms are provided to guests upon presentation of a Russian passport or the international one. Each following guest is also required to show a Russian passport or and international passport. The children can be checked in upon the birth certificate. For foreign citizens it is obligatory to have a migration card.

?How can guarantee the room with a king-size bed for me?

During the booking procedure you can specify your wishes on the number and type of beds. Guarantee in this case is not provided. It all depends on availability of such types of rooms on the day of check-in. The hotel is doing its best to fulfill the wishes of the guests.

?How can I book a room for 3 people on the web-site?

To book an extra bed, please, fill out the column "Special Requirements". On your arrival at the hotel and subject to availability of extra beds the hotel manager will recalculate for you the price of the room for 3 people. Extra bed costs 1500 rubles.

?Is there a fitness center and a swimming pool in the hotel?

There is a modern fitness center with swimming pool, gym and sauna in the hotel complex "Cosmos". Additional services include massage and solarium.

?Is it possible to get a hotel voucher for a tourist visa to Russia? How much does it cost?

Yes, it is possible. You can use iVISA service on our web-site. The cost of the visa invitation is 900 rubles per person.

?Why filling in a guest application form beforehand?

While check-in we ask every newly arrived guest to fill in a guest application form at the reception. A guest fill in the application form: full name, date and place of birth, ID.

It is a simple procedure. It will not take you much time to get it done. However, you can fill in the guest application form beforehand. It will allow you to check-in ASAP.

All you need to do is:
1) Download guest application form;
2) Print and fill it in;
3) Hand it to the staff at the reception while check-in.
