NEW INVESTOR PLANS MORE INNOVATION March 2006 the Cosmos Hotel has got new proprietors. Intourist , the leading Russian touroperator, now having a 60% hotel's stock share, plans to refurbish guest rooms, innovate and bring the quality of service up at a higher level. Arnold A. Spivakovskiy, formerly Chairman Board of Directors Cosmos Hotel, is now appointed General Director Cosmos Hotel.
