A joint project of the Cosmos hotel group and Roscosmos State Corporation, timed to coincide with the 65th anniversary of the first human space flight.
The menu concept is inspired by the first real gastronomic experience in zero gravity. During 180-minute flight Yuri Gagarin ate only once. He determined the meal himself, and Brand Chef Alexander Aristov recreated this menu based on historical information.
The set consists of three courses:
· Duck pâté with dried apricot gel and "space" bread.
· Braised marble brisket in kvas glaze with sorrel purée and freeze-dried onions.
· Airy blackcurrant ice cream with chocolate cream and pineberry.
· The set also includes a drink of your choice: "space bellini" (alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions) or a glass of wine.
