Since November 1, 2017, Cosmos, together with Hotel-ITS company, offers a new service to its guests - online room-service a la carte. You can make your order from any device, including laptop, smartphone or tablet.

Room service is one of the most popular services with the hotel guests. Previously, it was only available by the phone.

Now, the ordering process has become much easier and convenient - no more limitations, you can order at any time of the day and on any day!

When a guest logs into the hotel Wi-Fi, he automatically lands at www.cosmos.hotel-its.ru, where order can be made by just a few taps of the smartphone or tablet screen.

You can bookmark the service URL on your device or just enter it in the browser.

There is convenient segmentation and navigation by groups to make your selection of meals and drinks more convenient: "Cold starters", "Salads", "Soups", "Main courses", etc.

The order basket is formed by simply adding quantities of dishes and drinks.

The screen will show complete list of positions in your order with the price of each and the total price inclusive of 10% service charge.

The system will then suggest filling in a few important details - the room number, contact phone, desired payment method and required cutlery. Then just click "Order" - and that's it!

The very same moment your order will go to the head waiter who will immediately send it for execution - and to the manager of F&B department via Telegram channel for him to be able to check the order status at any time.
