The possibility of exercising the right to vote at the actual place of stay appears 45 days before the election day. Five days before and until the voting day, voters' applications at the place of their actual location are no longer accepted. For the presidential elections this year, the period for registration of citizens at the territorial election committees is from January 31 until March 12.
