ROBOTECHNICAL FESTIVAL, MARCH 7 TO 9 AT VDNKH

From March 7 to 9, VDNKh will host the X All-Russian Robotics Festival PROFEST. For the first time, the event will be held in a new format. Until 2018, the festival was named "RoboFest" and was a gathering point for prizewinners of regional and district robotics competitions. Starting this year, the festival will become the largest event in Europe in the field of children's and youth engineering and technical creativity.
The festival is supported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The site will be the place for competitions in 25 robotic disciplines and the "JuniorProfi" professional skills contest for schoolchildren in 19 disciplines.
The festival will be attended by more than 7,500 schoolchildren and students in 1800 teams from 74 regions of Russia, as well as from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Belarus.
PROFEST is a platform not only for competitions, but also for active participation of young people in educational and entertaining programs: interactive lectures, master classes, presentations. Traditionally, the festival will offer excursions for schoolchildren and competitions for partners of the event.
Opening hours: March 7 to 9: 10:00 to 18:00. Admission is free.
