On December 5, the “Worker and Kolkhoz Woman” pavilion at VDNKh will open its doors for the unique exhibition “Main characters. Selected works from the collection of the Samara Art Museum. The event will be held within the framework of the inter-museum exchange “Resident” project.
The exhibition will show unique canvases of Russian masters, as well as rare exhibits of the oriental collection of the Samara Museum. For Moscow, this is the first such display of this scale.
Samara Regional Art Museum, established in 1897, is one of the largest Russian galleries. Today the museum's collection contains more than 35 thousand exhibits dating back from the end of the XVI century to the beginning of the XXI century.
The exhibition will run until March 31, 2019.

Dates and time: December 5, 2018 — March 31, 2019, excluding Mondays; from 11:00 till 22:00.
Ticket price: 300 rubles for adults, 100 rubles for children aged 6 to 16, full-time students and pensioners. Free attendance for children under 6 and privileged categories of citizens.
