“Baker and Confectioner” Salon on May 14-16 at VDNKH

The event will bring together representatives of the food industry, catering, business community and related areas.

The salon is aimed at promoting ideas of healthy eating and lifestyle in general, innovative technologies in baking.

The event will feature an exhibition of ingredients, raw materials, tools and equipment, as well as materials and clothing for bakery and confectionery industry employees.

As part of the exhibition, an “Innovation Exposition” will also be organized.

In the “Small Bakeries - Turn-Key Solutions” section, representatives of small and medium businesses and those who wish to open their own bakery or pastry shop will be able to learn a lot of new things. The seminar “Small bakeries - from idea to ready business project” will also help.

Also, guests of the salon will be able to see professional competitions in the framework of the XIX Russian Cup for bread baking; participate in the traditional fair and buy its tasty and healthy products from farmers; become a guest of the II “Russian Gingerbread” Festival.

There will be a business program at the salon as well, including round tables, specialized seminars, focus sessions, master classes and discussions on the problems of development of confectionery and bakery businesses.
